Pneumatic impact machines 114PB, 115PB a 116PB
We provide impact units in three versions, according to required maximum impact power 3 kN, 25 kN, or 50 kN.
All units have the following properties:
- Material is not deformed due to a preloading effect;
- Maximum sensitivity and accuracy;
- Achieving repeatability of depth marking even with high tolerance parts;
- Exact setting of impact strength from 0 kN up to allowed maximum for each machine type;
- Wide range of accessories, such as symbols, punch holders, cliché, and number punches of top quality;
- Simple working of differently shaped parts due to high machine clearance;
- High work productivity due to double-acting pneumatic cylinder;
- Simple integration into production line;
In addition, we use impact machines not only for marking, but also for jobs such as riveting, mounting, or perforation. On repeating, an exact impact strength secures top quality of this process.
