Pneumatic impact machines 114PCR, 115PCR a 116PCR
Pneumatic impact mechanisms are made in three versions, according to required impact strength 6 kN, 25 kN, or 65 kN.
All machines have the following properties:
- Material is not deformed due to a preloading effect;
- Maximum sensitivity and accuracy;
- Achieving repeatability of depth marking even with high tolerance parts;
- Exact setting of impact strength from 0 kN up to allowed maximum for each machine type;
- Wide range of accessories, such as symbols, punch holders, cliché, and number punches of top quality;
- Highly compact parameters;
- May be mounted onto a double-acting pneumatic drive unit;
- Highly suitable for integration into automatic lines; assembly possible in any position
