Panel production - CNC engraving and machining
We specially make and adjust panels, including the production of accurate parts – components, according to your wish. Based on the patterns or drafts you provide, we can meet all your requirements concerning CNC working, milling, cutting, engraving, and modelling, etc., thanks to our highly accurate and multifunctional device, a 3D CNC centre. Using modern CAM software ArtCAM Pro, we can do the engraving on all levels, 2.5 D and 3D. To do so, we also use other equipment and accessories of the working 3D centre, such as: contact measurement probe and tool positioning; vacuum fastening; HSK high-speed spindle the speed of which may reach up to 60 thousand rpm; automatic tool exchange; fog spraying and tool blade cooling; and other modern features of working machines.
According to our customer's wish, we can make panels from duralumin, plates of anodized duralumin, laminated plastic, brass, stainless steel, etc. In our 3D centre, we can make control panels, panels for hand devices, boxes, and control boxes for electronics, preparations, punches and stamps, accurate components of light alloys, brass, copper, tool steel, etc.
We make parts for laser, ultrasound, and x-ray devices; automobile and aviation industry, railway and route vehicles, mechanical components for telecommunication and electro-technical industry, parts for various machines, industrial and personal computers, etc. The production is both in series and pieces. We can process production documents straight from printed technical documents by converting them into electronic form; we can also download them in electronic form in the following formats: PDF, DWG, DXF, JPG, IGES, Parasolid x_t, Auto CAD , SolidEdge, SolidWorks, etc.
Production of identification and production labels
Naturally, every product needs identification and marking in accordance with laws or regulations. However, some types of product require permanent, unambiguous, and indelible marking. If allowed by a norm or other regulation, a product may either have an identification or production label, schema, guide, etc. We offer you our rich experience in the production of this assortment of goods. Labels are made of various materials: metals (aluminium, stainless steel, steel, anodized metal, non-ferrous metals, etc.), plastic materials, self-adhesive foils, etc. This cooperation usually works this way: a customer submits graphic documents (CAD data, technical drawing, draft, etc.), and after specification of parameters, material, colours, etc., the labels are submitted to the production. After they are finished, labels are either sent to the customer or remain stored in our warehouse; according to other customer’s requirements, figures are laser-added to the labels (this may be done gradually, e.g. throughout the whole year).
We consider short delivery periods commonplace. Usually, they take up to 2 days; after agreement, you may wait.
