We have created a service programme for our customers; we are ready to adjust it to fit exactly your needs.The following brief overview informs you on the programme's possibilities.
- Warranty service – LINTECH provides warranty, in accordance with law, for all delivered marking systems.
- Extended warranty service - despite the fact that you are offered extremely reliable systems, we offer high standard care in the form of express action in case of a defect, and possibly a warranty period extension.
- Preventive maintenance – in order to minimize the risk of idle time, we offer the possibility of preventive service check-ups, following the motto that it is better to prevent the problems than to solve them. Our customers may plan their preventive check-up, e.g. for the period of company holiday.
- Spare equipment – for critical spheres of use, we provide selected systems with Stand-by service. In case of equipment failure, we will provide you with spare equipment for the necessary period of repair.
- Operator training – we provide customer’s employees with operator training for all systems delivered.
Consultative and Advisory Services
Many years of experience allow the LINTECH specialists to make a responsible choice of a given marking method and technology so that the customer achieves maximum benefit for a reasonable price. In addition, we can offer you a live demonstration of most of the technologies offered, within our premises; we can also provide you with samples. Our offer includes testing of various technologies of marking onto less frequent materials delivered by the customer.
