With the right combination of laser and optics, <g id=\"gid_0\">laser footprint sizes of up to 5 \u00b5m<\/g> can be achieved, which is roughly ten times smaller than the thickness of a human hair. In practice, this means the ability to create <strong data-start=\"928\" data-end=\"970\">highly detailed patterns in a 22 \u00d7 22 mm field<\/strong> &#8211; from marking micro-components to removing paint or drilling micro-holes in almost any material.  <\/p><p data-start=\"1076\" data-end=\"1312\">In our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lintech.cz\/en\/application-laboratory\/\"><strong data-start=\"1083\" data-end=\"1107\">application laboratory<\/strong><\/a> we have a precision optical microscope with an additional lens, which allows the resulting patterns and structures to be verified and measured in detail. The highest efficiency is achieved with a <strong data-start=\"2417\" data-end=\"2467\">100 W laser with frequency modulation up to 4.16 MHz<\/strong>, which allows us to meet even the most demanding line rates in the automotive industry. <\/p><p data-start=\"2754\" data-end=\"2818\"><strong>You can see the laser micromachining process in the video from our <a
