Do you need to weld by laser certain types of plastics, metals, engrave deep 2D code by laser or just mark your products with your company logo? We are able to test these and many other applications in our application laboratory.

A large number of companies are asking us to verify the feasibility of laser applications in our richly equipped application lab LINTECH. The table below lists the equipment of our application laboratory so that you can see yourself how well equipped the laboratory is and what we can offer you.

The engineer who performs testing in the LINTECH application laboratory is an experienced specialist with many years of experience in the field of laser technology applications in industry. Its job description is not only the actual preparation of the tested samples, but also the risk analysis of the application and possible initial design of the technical solution.

Based on these facts, the vast majority of applications tested, including subsequent quality control, are performed directly at LINTECH. We use a wide range of specialized devices from the digital microscope with the possibility of measuring the profile to the bar code verifiers to debug the process and check the results.

Due to the representation of many different types of laser sources and related components, we are able to tune a specific laser application as effectively as possible according to customer requirements. During the debugging process, the application engineer is in close contact with the customer and the path to the desired result leads through gradual optimization. Correctly tuned laser application from LINETCH specialists can then result in more efficient production and other related phenomena such as:

- reduce process time
- increasing production capacities
- elimination of human factor errors
- extension of the production process automation

Based on the findings of the tests, the output is in the form of a sample protocol. This report contains the results of the test application together with photo documentation, analysis of identified risks related to the test application process and recommended variants of LINTECH laser systems.

The chosen technical solution can be influenced by various aspects, such as the resulting design, the speed of the process or the financial possibilities of the customer. In practice, it is often a compromise of all these aspects.
