Reliable aluminium marking

Laser marking of aluminium is one of the most demanding laser marking applications. Aluminum has high reflectivity and conducts heat very well, which makes it difficult to create contrasting and easy-to-read markings. The result often looks bland or is lost at certain viewing angles. At LINTECH we have many years of experience with these applications. Thanks to testing in our application laboratory, we can set up the laser for each type of aluminium and specific part in such a way that the result is stable and repeatable.

If you only need marking of aluminium parts on an occasional basis or in smaller volumes, we can provide it for you on a custom basis at our custom center.

For customers who want to control the process directly in their production, we design and build laser equipment. We offer both customized single-purpose machines specific application, as well as standardized marking stations. Included in the delivery is testing in our application laboratory, technology setup and full technical support.

The advantage of laser marking of aluminium is that it is a non-contact, clean and permanent process, without the need for consumables. The marking is indelible, durable and suitable even for parts subject to mechanical stress or environmental influences.

The machines have been designed to suit our type of production (piece production of steel components for mechanical seals), i.e. with an emphasis on variability and easy reconfiguration. The machines work as they should.
