The VZ firing device is designed to heat specially shaped inserts, which can be used to permanently imprint a predefined relief on the surface. It is primarily designed for marking dry, damp and wet lumber, but it is also suitable for marking leather, paper and some types of textiles, but it always depends on your own testing.

The Matrix
The firing matrix is not included in the equipment, but can be purchased from us. We supply any blank dies ready for engraving the desired character. We are also able to custom engrave the die for you. According to your wishes, we can produce different sizes of dies and devices, e.g. for the emblems of the Czech Republic, EUR, company logos, etc.
We can demonstrate most of the technologies we offer live or make samples.
The supplier LINTECH is a long-established supplier for Varroc Lighting Sytems, which is used on projects both in Varroc’s parent plant in Nový Jičín and in the subsidiary plant in Rychvald.
We have purchased a machine for laser marking of castings from LINTECH. We highly appreciate the quality and speed of technical support from LINTECH in dealing with new requirements from our customers.
Since 2017 we have purchased 3 laser marking stations from LINTECH. The machines have been designed to suit our type of production (piece production of steel components for mechanical seals), i.e. with an emphasis on variability and easy reconfiguration. The machines work as they should. The change in marking technology has also brought time savings in the process and comfort of work (after breaking through the initial resistance, the change was positively received by the operators).
The company LINTECH adapted to our requirements to the maximum, designed and constructed for us the equipment according to the specified parameters for laser welding of plastics, metals and the description of the mentioned materials.
