Topics of laser application development
Every year we set new topics for internal development so that we can provide our customers with new efficient methods of using laser technology. Examples of such topics in recent years are:
- Development of welding methods for thin heterogeneous metallic materials (copper, steel, aluminium,…) with regard to the development of the battery industry
- Development of methods welding of plastic parts – increasing know-how in terms of part geometry design, plastic material properties and process quality analysis
- Development of a custom cutting head for applications where a deflection head is not required, e.g. cutting sprue systems
- Methods of laser beam analysis and the use of this knowledge to improve the efficiency of laser processes
- Laser texturing of shape complex objects (current topic)
