Stamping unit – model 78
Technical parameters: Model 78
Stamping unit model 88
This stamping unit has a punching force of up to 3 tons.
Patented shock absorbers at both ends prevent damage to the marking mechanism during the stroke and reduce recoil impact. The Model 88 is a reliable choice at a very low investment cost. The piston has a spring-loaded reverse stroke, while the efficient air system allows for instant reverse stroke. Model 88 brands feature a non-rotating piston with a locking piston rod and 2.5″ stroke.

Stamping unit model 288 and 298
These stamping units are available in two versions, depending on the required maximum impact force of 3 to 8 tonnes.
The units allow work in normal and heavy industrial operation, where the equipment is additionally equipped with an anti-corrosion coating. Standard marking requires premixed air.
Stamping units model 751 and 851
These stamping systems offer the widest integration possibilities.
The Slide-And-Mark function acts as a self-locking clamping device and allows minimal fixation. The radial orientation of the piston allows unrestricted release of the front sleeve on the piston. Models 751 and 851 are also offered with a wide range of holders and numbering heads.
Integrated position sensors offer additional benefits for integrators. These units offer the added functionality of optional piston extension and reverse position sensors.
The standard unit requires lubricated air. For “dry” air, a non-lubricated NL version is required.
