The project for laser marking of printed circuit boards (PCBs) was awarded to us by a customer from Central Bohemia. This time it was necessary to solve the marking of differently sized printed circuit boards, i.e. the description of this special type of fiberglass – cuprextit.

Pieces or plates of printed circuit boards are laid by hand. Thus, first the worker manually opens the station door, places the PCB in the V profile of the moving table and secures the station. He selects the appropriate job on a jobbing computer with LinMark and Samlight software and the table selects the counting position according to the programmed coordinates. After pressing the process start button, the description starts by synchronizing the laser beam triggering and the table movement to the described positions. The result is then either a description on a larger platen of plates at several locations, or only one in the case of a single plate, in the form of a DMX code and a unique number. After marking, the operator manually opens the door and removes the marked piece.
We can demonstrate most of the technologies we offer live or make samples.
The supplier LINTECH is a long-established supplier for Varroc Lighting Sytems, which is used on projects both in Varroc’s parent plant in Nový Jičín and in the subsidiary plant in Rychvald.
We have purchased a machine for laser marking of castings from LINTECH. We highly appreciate the quality and speed of technical support from LINTECH in dealing with new requirements from our customers.
Since 2017 we have purchased 3 laser marking stations from LINTECH. The machines have been designed to suit our type of production (piece production of steel components for mechanical seals), i.e. with an emphasis on variability and easy reconfiguration. The machines work as they should. The change in marking technology has also brought time savings in the process and comfort of work (after breaking through the initial resistance, the change was positively received by the operators).
The company LINTECH adapted to our requirements to the maximum, designed and constructed for us the equipment according to the specified parameters for laser welding of plastics, metals and the description of the mentioned materials.
