Technology in our tool room
For custom production of punches and dies, our tool room is equipped with a complete machine park for:
3-axis milling and HSC milling,
turning,
wire cutting,
grinding,
heat treatment.
The engravings on the stamps are made using special single-edged tools. In combination with 3D CAM software and modern HSM milling machines, we create the desired motif according to the customer’s wishes and drawing documentation.
Our stamping tools are manufactured from high quality tool steel, which ensures their long life even in demanding conditions. Thanks to the technologies used and careful control, we can guarantee our customers a long service life and high quality of our custom-made punches.
Our stamps and punches are used in a wide range of industries where permanent marking of products or parts with stamps is necessary. We supply our stamps not only to the Czech market, but also to other European countries and the USA. Since 1993, hundreds of customers have relied on our quality.
Basis for production
We are able to process production documents directly from printed technical documentation by converting them into electronic form or directly load them in electronic form in CDR, PDF, DWG, DXF, IGES, STEP and other formats.
