Precision CNC milling and HSM machining with an emphasis on quality

We offer CNC milling and HSM machining of machine parts as part of custom production at LINTECH. From simple shapes to very complex parts. Thanks to modern CNC machining centres we can handle custom production in piece, small batch and serial volumes.

We machine parts up to a surface area of 520 × 520 mm. The machines are equipped with vacuum clamping, which eliminates the risk of burrs or damage to the workpiece. This also allows us to efficiently machine multiple pieces per clamping, saving our customers time and costs.

CNC milling with dimensional control

All our CNC centres are equipped with a Renishaw 3D measuring probe which is permanently installed directly on the machine spindle. This eliminates the need to manually change the probe, speeding up measurement and minimising production downtime.

We are able to process production documents directly from printed technical documentation by converting them into electronic form or directly load them in electronic form in the following formats: CDR, PDF, DWG, DXF, JPG, IGES, STEP and others.
