Types and technologies of labels
Depending on the material and technology, we offer the following variants:
- stainless steel labels printed,
- stainless steel etched labels, stainless steel etched labels – covered with paint,
- aluminium labels printed, aluminium labels etched with paint,
- aluminium plates engraved,
- brass plates printed, brass plates etched, brass plates etched – covered with paint,
- plastic engraved labels,
- Al anodized laser labels and other possible combinations.
We are able to produce labels including holes, bends, taped, exactly according to the customer’s wishes.
Label production process
The production of labels in our company usually takes place by the customer supplying graphic documents (CAD data, technical drawing, sketch). After specifying the dimensions, material and technology, we commission the labels for production.
Finished labels:
- we send directly to the customer, or
- We keep them in stock at our warehouse and add the laser values as required (e.g. serial numbers throughout the year).
We are able to process production documents directly from printed technical documentation by converting them into electronic form or directly load them in electronic form in the following formats: CDR, PDF, DWG, DXF, JPG, IGES, STEP, etc.
