Inkjet marking, also known as Inkjet, is a technology that uses liquid ink or dye to apply patterns, text, barcodes or logos to various surfaces. The marking process is non-contact – small droplets of ink are sprayed onto the material to be marked under high pressure.

Inkjet marking is primarily used in industrial environments where a wide range of materials need to be marked quickly and with high quality.

SMART JET M – MAX

The M-MAX HANDHELD is a lightweight handheld printer that provides printing up to 25.4 mm in height. Weighing just 962 g with the included battery, the M-MAX HANDHELD allows you to print anywhere and at any angle, on porous and non-porous surfaces, with TIJ’s range of water-based and solvent-based inks. The message design software allows free design, with no limit on the number of lines per message.

SMART JET DUO

The Smart-Jet® DUO printing system includes a DUO print controller and one or two TS printheads
The Smart-Jet® DUO with touch screen allows you to control one or two TS printheads (PRO, MAX or REACH) from a touch screen print controller. You can also connect the DUO print controller to an Ethernet network for remote access and control.

The machines have been designed to suit our type of production (piece production of steel components for mechanical seals), i.e. with an emphasis on variability and easy reconfiguration. The machines work as they should. The change in marking technology has also brought time savings in the process and comfort of work (after breaking through the initial resistance, the change was positively received by the operators).
