We started as a small family business. Today we design and build single-purpose machines, integrate laser technology, implement custom parts manufacturing and help companies automate their production. We are involved in technically demanding projects all over Europe.
We believe that a company can only grow if the people in it grow. Each of us has the opportunity to move forward, to learn new technologies, to come up with ideas, to develop. We encourage autonomy and collaboration across teams.
Whether you start as a designer, programmer, CNC machine operator or assembly worker, you will always see the result of your work. In a finished device, a manufactured part or a functional solution.

We know that we spend a large part of our lives at work. That’s why we make sure the environment we work in is clean, modern and comfortable. We continuously modernise our workshops, invest in equipment and interiors so that our colleagues have a place where they feel comfortable.
The stability and security we give our employees is important to us. Many of our colleagues have been with us for more than ten or twenty years. We are happy that they stay and pass on their experience.
At the same time, we know that laser technology and automation are evolving at a tremendous pace. What is true today may be different in a few years. That’s why we support our colleagues in training and give them room to grow and keep up with new developments.

What does it look like in our technical and sales team?
- We spend most of our time with clients. We advise him on how to have interesting technological devices with laser equipment or robotic assistant.
- We care about our clients, we ask them and ask about their needs and how we can help them.
- We recommend technical and technological solutions that support the productivity and efficiency of production processes.

What do you need to succeed?
- Proven track record in technical and communicative areas
- Mechanical or electrical engineering education an advantage
- Knowledge of German or English min. B2
- Driving licence with. B
- You’re eager to learn the things that go with the times

PLC programmer w/m
Can you program and do you really enjoy it?
Do you want to program for a specific customer and a specific device?
Do you want feedback on your work?
Aren’t you running away from obstacles?
If so, you’re the one we’re looking for!
The result of the work will be:
- Functional laser or robotic equipment including: camera and other optical systems and automation
What you definitely need:
- Technical education
- Experience with Siemens PLC systems
- Teamwork, diligence and responsibility
- Knowledge of AJ at the level of reading technical documentation, knowledge of ČJ – min. level B2
- Driving licence sk. B
- Willingness to travel
Advantage:
- Professional competence in accordance with NV 194/2022 Coll. (“Decree 50”)
- Experience with other PLC systems
- Experience with robot programming
- Knowledge of higher programming languages (JAVA, C#)

What you definitely need:
- Knowledge of OOP (C#)
- WPF
- .NET Framework, .NET Core
- Working with Windows
- Knowledge of AJ at the level of reading technical documentation, knowledge of ČJ – min. level B2
- Teamwork, diligence and responsibility
- Driving licence sk. B
Advantage:
- GIT habits, experience in automation
- Knowledge of SQL DB, Rest API
- Professional competence in accordance with NV 194/2022 Coll. (“Decree 50”)
- PLC programming
