Thanks to the carousel table, several operations can be carried out at once – setting up, welding and transporting the welded part to the cooling conveyor.
The setting up of plastic parts is done manually, but the device is also ready for the connection of a collaborative robot.
There is also a camera inspection of the part and a DMX code reader.
