Strong Interest in the Integration of Robotics and Laser Technologies

One of the main themes that resonated throughout the entire event was the effective integration of robotic systems with laser applications. We greatly appreciate the high turnout at our presentations:

• Robotics in conjunction with laser technology

• Different laser-affected materials and possible risks

The discussions confirmed that companies are still actively addressing:

• laser workplace safety,

• process stability when working with a variety of materials,

• labeling validation and production traceability,

• the flexibility of automated workstations for smaller and variable production runs.

What Caught People’s Attention at Our Booth

As part of the exhibition, we showcased a robotic cell with a laser marking demonstration, equipped with a unique safety head that does not require additional shielding.

Visitors had the opportunity to see the following in actual operation:

• marking by electromagnetic microdot,

• Marking Using Inkjet Technology,

• laser welding of heterogeneous materials,

• validating labels using a 2D barcode scanner,

• detection and tracking of materials using a camera system,

• automated handling using a six-axis robot.

We are very pleased to receive specific technical questions regarding implementation into existing production lines, return on investment, and options for modular system expansion.
