The engineer who performs the testing in the LINTECH application laboratory is an experienced expert with many years of experience in the field of laser technology application in industry. His workload is not only the actual production of the tested samples, but also the risk analysis of the application and possible initial design of the technical solution.

Based on these facts, the vast majority of applications tested, including subsequent quality control, are performed in-house at LINTECH. We use a wide range of specialised equipment for process debugging and result checking, from digital microscopes with profile measurement capability to barcode verifiers.

Due to the many different types of laser sources and related components, we are able to tune a specific laser application as efficiently as possible to the customer’s requirements. During the tuning process, the application engineer is in close contact with the customer and the path to the desired result leads through progressive optimization. A properly tuned laser application from the LINTECH specialists can subsequently lead to more efficient production and other related positive effects such as:

Based on the findings of the tests performed, an output is produced in the form of a sample report.
