Since 1993, we have been involved in the custom production of punches, identification labels and faceplates in addition to laser technology. The custom center also includes laser cutting, marking and engraving. Today we are going to look specifically at the production of custom punches and stamps.
We have made a short video for you to take a look behind the scenes and see how the punches are made. We pay particular attention to quality, from the choice of the right tool steel, to well-prepared tools, to hardening the punches to the right temperature. As you can see in the video, whether the punch is made correctly is verified at the output inspection. Here, every piece produced is checked not only visually but also with an optical instrument. This optical instrument was purchased by LITNECH in 2020. Thanks to it, we are able to ensure the highest quality of our products.
Our huge advantage is our fully equipped tool room. Here you can find 3-axis milling machines, lathe, HSC milling machines, wire cutters, grinders, sanders and hardening furnace. There is therefore no need to co-operate with any of the individual production steps, and we are able to ensure the quality and speed of delivery of custom-made punches.
