Marking of high quality titanium cookware

For a major manufacturer of titanium cookware, there was a need for an exclusive marking of its products. The branding is intended to highlight the new design of the cookware. The customer decided to ask for a suitable marking technology with the lowest possible operating costs, high productivity and the highest possible quality of labelling.

Proposed solution

To meet the customer’s needs, a laser marking station with a turntable and tilting linear sliding arm was designed. The solution allows fast marking of a wide range of objects, with different parameters (weight, size, material, shape…). During the design, emphasis was placed on the low maintenance of the station. It was verified that the operation of this machine will be cheaper than custom marking or operation of laser and robotic equipment.

The machines have been designed to suit our type of production (piece production of steel components for mechanical seals), i.e. with an emphasis on variability and easy reconfiguration. The machines work as they should.
