In this case, the customer’s requirement was to mark the metal parts of the electronics so that when it was being set up, it would be possible to describe the already set-up piece at the same time. This task could be best accomplished by using a similar method to our marking carousel, complete with verification of the part.

Description of the basic functions of the machine:
The parts are placed one by one in a pre-prepared jig oriented upright over the longer side of the part. After setting up, the operator presses the capacity button and the table rotates inwards with the piece not set up. The laser begins to write a unique number on the piece along with a DMX code and in the meantime the operator is outside on the table setting up the new part. After the camera verifies that the part is completely in order, all the data is displayed on the monitors and the table is turned inwards again at the push of a button.
We can demonstrate most of the technologies we offer live or make samples.
The supplier LINTECH is a long-established supplier for Varroc Lighting Sytems, which is used on projects both in Varroc’s parent plant in Nový Jičín and in the subsidiary plant in Rychvald.
We have purchased a machine for laser marking of castings from LINTECH. We highly appreciate the quality and speed of technical support from LINTECH in dealing with new requirements from our customers.
Since 2017 we have purchased 3 laser marking stations from LINTECH. The machines have been designed to suit our type of production (piece production of steel components for mechanical seals), i.e. with an emphasis on variability and easy reconfiguration. The machines work as they should. The change in marking technology has also brought time savings in the process and comfort of work (after breaking through the initial resistance, the change was positively received by the operators).
The company LINTECH adapted to our requirements to the maximum, designed and constructed for us the equipment according to the specified parameters for laser welding of plastics, metals and the description of the mentioned materials.
