Our long-standing foreign manufacturing partner operating also in the Czech Republic approached us with a request for the supply of a single-purpose laser marking device. It was about marking plastic rings for filters with a diameter of 220mm. This marking station can also alternatively mark products 430mm high and wide and 500mm long. Our laser marking station also achieved the customer’s requirement for a very short machine production time, with a maximum of 6.5 seconds per product (plastic ring) in fully automatic mode.

This device allows both automatic and manual mode. In automatic mode, the operator selects the appropriate program for the marking and places the ring in the fixture. Press the start button to start the marking process (closing the sliding door). After the product has been completed and the safety light barrier has been evaluated, the legibility of the label is verified by an industrial camera.

The supplier LINTECH is a long-established supplier for Varroc Lighting Sytems, which is used on projects both in Varroc’s parent plant in Nový Jičín and in the subsidiary plant in Rychvald.
We have purchased a machine for laser marking of castings from LINTECH. We highly appreciate the quality and speed of technical support from LINTECH in dealing with new requirements from our customers.
Since 2017 we have purchased 3 laser marking stations from LINTECH. The machines have been designed to suit our type of production (piece production of steel components for mechanical seals), i.e. with an emphasis on variability and easy reconfiguration. The machines work as they should. The change in marking technology has also brought time savings in the process and comfort of work (after breaking through the initial resistance, the change was positively received by the operators).
The company LINTECH adapted to our requirements to the maximum, designed and constructed for us the equipment according to the specified parameters for laser welding of plastics, metals and the description of the mentioned materials.
