Welding carousel for plastic parts LINTECH WS is primarily designed for welding of plastic parts. It is equipped with a 4-position carousel table that considerably speeds up the machine’s clock speed – while in the first position new parts are being inserted, in the other positions the previous parts are welded, checked and rotated back to the operator for removal at the same time.
The carousel is controlled by a combination of PLC unit and PC.
Thanks to the specialised LINWELD software, it allows you to connect and control most other peripherals or communicate with other information systems.
The carousel has two independent control mechanisms for the welding process.
The first control mechanism is a thermal imaging camera that senses the parts as they are being welded. Depending on the comparison of the temperature values of the points of the currently welded part with the temperature values of the sample process, the quality of the weld is evaluated, i.e. whether the welding was successful or unsuccessful.
The second quality control of welding of parts consists in mechanical measurement of the welding path, i.e. the degree of “blending” of both parts. This is again compared with the ideal pattern to provide information on the welding result. A number of peripheral devices can be connected to the carousel, such as a barcode reader to monitor the traceability of the parts being welded, or a camera to check that they are correctly positioned.

The supplier LINTECH is a long-established supplier for Varroc Lighting Sytems, which is used on projects both in Varroc’s parent plant in Nový Jičín and in the subsidiary plant in Rychvald.
We have purchased a machine for laser marking of castings from LINTECH. We highly appreciate the quality and speed of technical support from LINTECH in dealing with new requirements from our customers.
Since 2017 we have purchased 3 laser marking stations from LINTECH. The machines have been designed to suit our type of production (piece production of steel components for mechanical seals), i.e. with an emphasis on variability and easy reconfiguration. The machines work as they should. The change in marking technology has also brought time savings in the process and comfort of work (after breaking through the initial resistance, the change was positively received by the operators).
The company LINTECH adapted to our requirements to the maximum, designed and constructed for us the equipment according to the specified parameters for laser welding of plastics, metals and the description of the mentioned materials.
