The delivery of laser technology is not a prerequisite for us to implement projects. In this case, we designed a compact single-purpose device for mechanical marking of metal parts, which is manufactured by DAIKIN DEVICE CZECH REPUBLIC s.r.o.

These parts are available in various designs and differ primarily in size. Therefore, we have designed a sophisticated exchange fixture into the machine that not only accommodates the complete portfolio of parts, but also ensures their correct orientation and thus the correct marking position. The machine is further supplemented with sub-sensors to verify the correct foundation and quality of the marked datamatrix code.
In this particular case, the marking is provided by a micro-strike marking head. Mechanical marking is performed by means of an oscillating marking tip which, by striking the surface to be marked, leaves an obvious relief.
We can demonstrate most of the technologies we offer live or make samples.
The supplier LINTECH is a long-established supplier for Varroc Lighting Sytems, which is used on projects both in Varroc’s parent plant in Nový Jičín and in the subsidiary plant in Rychvald.
We have purchased a machine for laser marking of castings from LINTECH. We highly appreciate the quality and speed of technical support from LINTECH in dealing with new requirements from our customers.
Since 2017 we have purchased 3 laser marking stations from LINTECH. The machines have been designed to suit our type of production (piece production of steel components for mechanical seals), i.e. with an emphasis on variability and easy reconfiguration. The machines work as they should. The change in marking technology has also brought time savings in the process and comfort of work (after breaking through the initial resistance, the change was positively received by the operators).
The company LINTECH adapted to our requirements to the maximum, designed and constructed for us the equipment according to the specified parameters for laser welding of plastics, metals and the description of the mentioned materials.
