Laser equipment that we designed for our esteemed customer from the Czech Republic.
The laser machine is used for marking plastic parts. A 20 W pulsed laser ensures error-free marking. In addition to the construction of the machine itself, our task was to produce a more complex setting jig with sensors that assess whether the part being described is correctly set up.
This and many other laser devices are produced according to customer requirements. Thus, we are one of the few in the Czech Republic to supply a complete customized solution and not just a piece of machinery.

In order to verify that the description is correct, a machine vision or industrial camera was built into the laser device. This was programmed by our IT specialists to evaluate whether the description is OK or NOK under certain lighting conditions.
We can demonstrate most of the technologies we offer live or make samples.
The supplier LINTECH is a long-established supplier for Varroc Lighting Sytems, which is used on projects both in Varroc’s parent plant in Nový Jičín and in the subsidiary plant in Rychvald.
We have purchased a machine for laser marking of castings from LINTECH. We highly appreciate the quality and speed of technical support from LINTECH in dealing with new requirements from our customers.
Since 2017 we have purchased 3 laser marking stations from LINTECH. The machines have been designed to suit our type of production (piece production of steel components for mechanical seals), i.e. with an emphasis on variability and easy reconfiguration. The machines work as they should. The change in marking technology has also brought time savings in the process and comfort of work (after breaking through the initial resistance, the change was positively received by the operators).
The company LINTECH adapted to our requirements to the maximum, designed and constructed for us the equipment according to the specified parameters for laser welding of plastics, metals and the description of the mentioned materials.
