As part of the renewal of technical equipment at our existing customer, it was necessary to replace the original laser machine of unspecified origin, which, due to its age and laser architecture, was gradually losing output power and was reaching the edge of its service life.

This situation was resolved by mutual agreement with the delivery of a completely new tailor-made laser equipment. In addition to the implementation of a fibre laser, which in the long term does not suffer a significant loss of output power, the handling of the processed parts has been made more efficient.
This is ensured by a highly sophisticated loading jig that not only accommodates multiple product types, but also meets modern standards for automating sub-processes. This ensures easier operation and fundamentally better ergonomics compared to the original equipment.
We can demonstrate most of the technologies we offer live or make samples.
The supplier LINTECH is a long-established supplier for Varroc Lighting Sytems, which is used on projects both in Varroc’s parent plant in Nový Jičín and in the subsidiary plant in Rychvald.
We have purchased a machine for laser marking of castings from LINTECH. We highly appreciate the quality and speed of technical support from LINTECH in dealing with new requirements from our customers.
Since 2017 we have purchased 3 laser marking stations from LINTECH. The machines have been designed to suit our type of production (piece production of steel components for mechanical seals), i.e. with an emphasis on variability and easy reconfiguration. The machines work as they should. The change in marking technology has also brought time savings in the process and comfort of work (after breaking through the initial resistance, the change was positively received by the operators).
The company LINTECH adapted to our requirements to the maximum, designed and constructed for us the equipment according to the specified parameters for laser welding of plastics, metals and the description of the mentioned materials.
