By automating, companies not only save costs, solve the problem of labor shortages, but also increase work safety. We proudly present our automated laser station.
On the basis of our long-standing cooperation with ASSA ABLOY, we had the opportunity to deliver our second fully automated machine for marking keys and key inserts. As is usually the case with our products, this is a tailor-made machine with a number of specific features.
The description of the keys is not only done by laser technology, but also mechanically in the form of micro-strike marking.
The marking itself is supplemented by associated applications such as checking the correct shape of the key with a camera or additional polishing of the key after marking. Fully automated key handling is a matter of course. The insertion and removal of keys is ensured by sophisticated trays.

The supplier LINTECH is a long-established supplier for Varroc Lighting Sytems, which is used on projects both in Varroc’s parent plant in Nový Jičín and in the subsidiary plant in Rychvald.
We have purchased a machine for laser marking of castings from LINTECH. We highly appreciate the quality and speed of technical support from LINTECH in dealing with new requirements from our customers.
Since 2017 we have purchased 3 laser marking stations from LINTECH. The machines have been designed to suit our type of production (piece production of steel components for mechanical seals), i.e. with an emphasis on variability and easy reconfiguration. The machines work as they should. The change in marking technology has also brought time savings in the process and comfort of work (after breaking through the initial resistance, the change was positively received by the operators).
The company LINTECH adapted to our requirements to the maximum, designed and constructed for us the equipment according to the specified parameters for laser welding of plastics, metals and the description of the mentioned materials.
