After several years of cooperation between LINTECH and the HiLASE scientific research center, which is part of the Institute of Physics of the CAS, we have reached the realization of the first joint project, which fully exploits the potential of the HiLASE laser system Perla© 100 in a purely industrial application for the end customer Crytur.

Our primary task was to custom design and build a single-purpose station that integrates the Perla© 100 laser system while meeting the functional requirements of the end customer.
As can be seen in the video, the station has a three-axis system with a positioning accuracy of 0.01 mm. This three-axis system positions the vacuum chuck and rotary axis. The machine is also equipped with a camera to scan the area under the laser head. Fumes are extracted by an exhaust system. Access to the machine is provided by a sliding door with safety sensors and a viewing window.
All software requirements were elegantly solved by implementing a unique LinMARK application, which is the result of the work of the LINTECH programming team. This application serves as an interface between all used components and ensures their proper functioning.
This station meets all modern aspects of laser safety and ergonomics.
We can demonstrate most of the technologies we offer live or make samples.
The supplier LINTECH is a long-established supplier for Varroc Lighting Sytems, which is used on projects both in Varroc’s parent plant in Nový Jičín and in the subsidiary plant in Rychvald.
We have purchased a machine for laser marking of castings from LINTECH. We highly appreciate the quality and speed of technical support from LINTECH in dealing with new requirements from our customers.
Since 2017 we have purchased 3 laser marking stations from LINTECH. The machines have been designed to suit our type of production (piece production of steel components for mechanical seals), i.e. with an emphasis on variability and easy reconfiguration. The machines work as they should. The change in marking technology has also brought time savings in the process and comfort of work (after breaking through the initial resistance, the change was positively received by the operators).
The company LINTECH adapted to our requirements to the maximum, designed and constructed for us the equipment according to the specified parameters for laser welding of plastics, metals and the description of the mentioned materials.
