As a manufacturer of automated laser equipment, LINTECH mainly supplies companies from the automotive segment. A smaller share is then the arms, medical and electrical industry.
This laser machine, which we have designed and constructed on a turnkey basis, is headed for a manufacturing company in the electronics sector.
The design of the machine was of course preceded by tests in the application laboratory to find the optimal laser type and the most suitable parameters. For the laser marking of plastic components, the green laser worked best. Its short pulses do not thermally affect the surrounding environment and the laser marking is high contrast. The laser also marks a QR code on the plastic film, which is then checked by a reader built into the machine.

The supplier LINTECH is a long-established supplier for Varroc Lighting Sytems, which is used on projects both in Varroc’s parent plant in Nový Jičín and in the subsidiary plant in Rychvald.
We have purchased a machine for laser marking of castings from LINTECH. We highly appreciate the quality and speed of technical support from LINTECH in dealing with new requirements from our customers.
Since 2017 we have purchased 3 laser marking stations from LINTECH. The machines have been designed to suit our type of production (piece production of steel components for mechanical seals), i.e. with an emphasis on variability and easy reconfiguration. The machines work as they should. The change in marking technology has also brought time savings in the process and comfort of work (after breaking through the initial resistance, the change was positively received by the operators).
The company LINTECH adapted to our requirements to the maximum, designed and constructed for us the equipment according to the specified parameters for laser welding of plastics, metals and the description of the mentioned materials.
