Thanks to LINTECH’s own application laboratory, we were able to fine-tune the parameters of the laser application so that the 2D codes together with numeric characters were engraved on the shaft in the best possible quality and in the shortest possible time.
Laser engraving of the shaft is performed using the LLS – F70P or 70 watt fiber pulsed laser.
The machine includes a reader for engraving/description verification and a laser sensor for shaft type identification.
The pneumatically driven machine cover serves as protection against laser beam leakage and thus ensures laser safety class 1.

The supplier LINTECH is a long-established supplier for Varroc Lighting Sytems, which is used on projects both in Varroc’s parent plant in Nový Jičín and in the subsidiary plant in Rychvald.
We have purchased a machine for laser marking of castings from LINTECH. We highly appreciate the quality and speed of technical support from LINTECH in dealing with new requirements from our customers.
Since 2017 we have purchased 3 laser marking stations from LINTECH. The machines have been designed to suit our type of production (piece production of steel components for mechanical seals), i.e. with an emphasis on variability and easy reconfiguration. The machines work as they should. The change in marking technology has also brought time savings in the process and comfort of work (after breaking through the initial resistance, the change was positively received by the operators).
The company LINTECH adapted to our requirements to the maximum, designed and constructed for us the equipment according to the specified parameters for laser welding of plastics, metals and the description of the mentioned materials.
