We designed a laser station for the customer for marking parts of different dimensions.
The station is equipped with a 50W fibre laser with a large f420 lens, which enables optimal results when laser marking a wide variety of parts.
The base plate of the station is fitted with steel bushings that allow fast and accurate insertion of various jigs. This makes transitions between different types of parts easier and faster.
The laser moves on a controlled horizontal and vertical axis, allowing you to mark large parts on any part. The marking field of the laser is large due to the horizontal axis and can mark in a 1400×300 mm field, while the height of the marked part can reach up to 400 mm. This flexibility enables precise laser marking of parts according to individual customer requirements.
A hose with a nozzle moves along with the laser for efficient extraction of the generated fumes, ensuring a clean and safe environment for the operator and the work area.
The operator places the part in the jig, selects the appropriate program on the PC and presses the start button. The pneumatic door, equipped with a safety touch bar, closes automatically and the process of laser marking the part takes place. Once complete, the door opens by itself, ensuring a simple and safe workflow.

The supplier LINTECH is a long-established supplier for Varroc Lighting Sytems, which is used on projects both in Varroc’s parent plant in Nový Jičín and in the subsidiary plant in Rychvald.
We have purchased a machine for laser marking of castings from LINTECH. We highly appreciate the quality and speed of technical support from LINTECH in dealing with new requirements from our customers.
Since 2017 we have purchased 3 laser marking stations from LINTECH. The machines have been designed to suit our type of production (piece production of steel components for mechanical seals), i.e. with an emphasis on variability and easy reconfiguration. The machines work as they should. The change in marking technology has also brought time savings in the process and comfort of work (after breaking through the initial resistance, the change was positively received by the operators).
The company LINTECH adapted to our requirements to the maximum, designed and constructed for us the equipment according to the specified parameters for laser welding of plastics, metals and the description of the mentioned materials.
