With the expansion of production, the need arose for the manufacturer to describe different sizes and shapes of stainless steel profiles and plastic products.

Proposed solution

Single-purpose machine with built-in dimensions (l x w x h): 1600 x 700 x 2000 mm, which allows to label products up to the size (l x w x h) 1500 x 350 x 450 mm.

Furthermore, this device contains:

1) Fiber laser module

2) Scanning head

3) Controlled X and Z axis

4) Automatic door opening and closing

5) Clamping fixtures for fixing parts at description

6) Evaporated particles (dirt) extractor

Description of the basic functions of the instrument

After inserting the insertion jig and specifying a different product type, the focal length is automatically refocused. The fixtures are designed as standard so that no additional tools are required for changing them. The fixture change itself is a matter of tens of seconds. Software product change in the device is a matter of about 3 clicks if the product has already been marked once.
