Our task this time was to meet the customer’s requirement for a laser station with a large chamber and large doors for inserting gas seals of different sizes and materials. As the gaskets are rotating components, a rotary axis had to be implemented.
This type of device has been designed with the following characteristics:
The worker opens the door of the station with a button, selects the position of the axis with the chuck according to the length of the rotating part and fixes it in the desired place. He manually loosens the chuck, clamps the described piece and rotates it to the starting position. He selects the appropriate mask on the operator’s computer, enters the data to be described on the product using the reader, confirms the entry and starts the description using a button on the machine. When the description is complete, the door opens by itself.

The supplier LINTECH is a long-established supplier for Varroc Lighting Sytems, which is used on projects both in Varroc’s parent plant in Nový Jičín and in the subsidiary plant in Rychvald.
We have purchased a machine for laser marking of castings from LINTECH. We highly appreciate the quality and speed of technical support from LINTECH in dealing with new requirements from our customers.
Since 2017 we have purchased 3 laser marking stations from LINTECH. The machines have been designed to suit our type of production (piece production of steel components for mechanical seals), i.e. with an emphasis on variability and easy reconfiguration. The machines work as they should. The change in marking technology has also brought time savings in the process and comfort of work (after breaking through the initial resistance, the change was positively received by the operators).
The company LINTECH adapted to our requirements to the maximum, designed and constructed for us the equipment according to the specified parameters for laser welding of plastics, metals and the description of the mentioned materials.
