We have received an enquiry for the modernisation of a tool description line. Specifically, it was about the markingof drills of different sizes.
In our well-equipped application laboratory, we first tested the feasibility of the application and tuned the laser marking to the desired speed. In terms of price/performance, a 20W pulsed laser was chosen as the most suitable laser.
Furthermore, we proposed a comprehensive tailor-made solution to the customer. We chose a laser station with a turntable (carousel) to ensure the efficiency of the operator who, during the laser tool description on one side, places new tools on the other side of the turntable.
Joystick which allows the operator of the laser machine to move himself to the position of the marking. The setting jig is atypical, it was also designed and manufactured in house. The jig is freely adjustable and tools of different diameters and sizes can be inserted.
Of course, the machine is equipped with safety barriers and camera control to ensure the safety we guarantee as standard.

The supplier LINTECH is a long-established supplier for Varroc Lighting Sytems, which is used on projects both in Varroc’s parent plant in Nový Jičín and in the subsidiary plant in Rychvald.
We have purchased a machine for laser marking of castings from LINTECH. We highly appreciate the quality and speed of technical support from LINTECH in dealing with new requirements from our customers.
Since 2017 we have purchased 3 laser marking stations from LINTECH. The machines have been designed to suit our type of production (piece production of steel components for mechanical seals), i.e. with an emphasis on variability and easy reconfiguration. The machines work as they should. The change in marking technology has also brought time savings in the process and comfort of work (after breaking through the initial resistance, the change was positively received by the operators).
The company LINTECH adapted to our requirements to the maximum, designed and constructed for us the equipment according to the specified parameters for laser welding of plastics, metals and the description of the mentioned materials.
